Cancellation Policy

To ensure we can accommodate all our clients effectively, we kindly request that you notify us of any cancellations at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled treatment. Please be aware of the following fees for cancellations:

• A 50% fee will apply for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
• A 100% fee will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.

Please note that the full treatment cost will be charged for any appointments not canceled within these time frames. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
