Shipping and Returns Policy

We offer FREE delivery on orders over €150.

We endeavor to offer next day delivery if your order is placed before 12pm, however this cannot be guaranteed. Delivery can take 3 – 7 working days during very busy periods. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday (excluded bank holidays). All delivery charges are subject to change and delivery is subject to credit card authorisation, and stock availability.

In the unlikely event of your product arriving damaged or you have simply changed your mind ebody will offer you with a 100% money back guarantee for any Dermalogica products purchased from us. A full refund will be issued once we have received the items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. All products must be unopened and with packaging in its original state and with the original receipt.

All returns must be APPROVED by ebody and must be submitted by EMAIL to info@ebody.ie.

Any discrepancies with your order must be reported within 48hrs through EMAIL.

Should you have a skin response to your product please contact us on 087 7840631 or through EMAIL as soon as possible.

Guidelines for returns:

• All returns must be submitted through email. A member of staff will contact you within 5 working days with instructions for returns.
• It is advised that the customer when returning a product use a recorded form of delivery. We cannot refund or replace products we never receive.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to repackage the items for return. Ebody does not provide any packaging material for customers to return items.
